PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY THE SAME FEES MORE THAN ONCE! While most transactions will be instant, some may take 1-2 business days to process.  If you have submitted a payment on the PayIt website, and you do not see it reflected here on the portal, you can contact the Treasury Department at (716) 851-5723 (Monday through Friday 8:15AM - 5:00PM) to confirm your payment was received.

 

When paying a Rental Registration:

  • Please take a moment to update the information on your rental registration by clicking "Rental Registration New Application / Update Form" in the main menu above.

 

Instructions:

  • The ID Number is the permit number, license number, or case number for the record you wish to apply a payment to.  If you received an invoice, this will be the Bill Number at the top of the document.
  • You must pay the exact amount due shown on your invoice.
  • Please note, if you are using One-Time Payment, you can request a payment confirmation email from the City of Buffalo after payment has been completed.
