Welcome to the City of Buffalo's new permit and license application portal. Please note that we are currently in the testing phase, and if you would like to pay any fees related to licensing, permits, rental registration, or multiple housing fees, you will still need to do so through our separate Dynamic Portal website at https://epermits.ci.buffalo.ny.us/DynamicPortal/.
